WOULD CREATING THE PIECE MYSELF BE LESS EXPENSIVE?
It can be. Using normal PC or MAC
programs, such any Office product like Word or Publisher, Corel
Draw 12, Pagemaker, Quark 7 or any of the Adobe CS2 products works
for us. It is preferable though to create an Acrobat Reader file,
called PDF if you have that option and "embed the fonts". This means
when you create a PDF, the fonts you used on your system for the
piece are put into the file and the piece will be printed exactly as
you created it.
Be aware though that some pieces
you create might have to be edited for printing purposes - resized
or tweaked to look more professional and balanced, more pleasing to
the eye. We specialize in this and strive to make your final product
exactly what you had in mind. This, of course, might add to the
cost, but will really be worth it when you look at the final
product.
